Not gonna lie, it’s fast when it’s working, but the app keeps dropping on my laptop and the kill switch acts kind of weird sometimes. It’s frustrating because I want to like it, but it’s not as reliable as I hoped...

It works fine, no real complaints there. I just wasn’t expecting it to cost as much as it did, I guess. Like, it does what it’s supposed to, but yeah... feels a little pricey for what it is.

I kept having expressvpn drop the connection on my laptop every few hours, which got annoying fast. I went through their help page first and tried the usual fixes before finally reaching out to support.
They did reply quickly, so I’ll give them that, but most of the suggestions were basic — reinstall the app, switch protocols, restart the router, that kind of thing. I’d already done a lot of it, and at times it kind of felt like they were implying the problem was something I was doing wrong instead of an actual issue with the app.
After a few days, it still wasn’t fully fixed. The drops happened less often, but they didn’t completely stop. I wouldn’t say the support was awful, just that it felt very copy-and-paste and a bit frustrating when I already felt like I’d tried everything on my end

i’ve had a okay experience overall. the server coverage is decent, but i did notice a few countries i wanted still aren’t available, so it’s not perfect if you need specific locations.
